Ruth Berg has spent her career working to advance public health and leveraging the private sector to advance health outcomes. As a Managing Partner at Palladium, Ruth leads Palladium’s Health Practice in the Americas, which includes over a dozen projects implemented by over 500 staff and consultants. She brings 20 years of experience leading the strategic planning, design, and implementation of global health programs in more than 30 developing countries spanning Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean.

Ruth holds an MA and PhD in Sociology and Demography from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of California at Davis. Her areas of technical expertise include private sector health, health policy, and monitoring and evaluation. Ruth’s leadership exemplifies Palladium’s mission to build strategies and partnerships that have the power to transform businesses, economies, societies, and lives.
