Board of Directors

Audit and Finance Committee

The Audit Committee is responsible for reviewing reports of Concordia’s financial results, audit results, internal controls, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Concurrent with that responsibility, set out more fully in its charter, the Audit Committee performs many other functions.

Budget and Investment Committee

The Budget & Investment Committee oversees the Endowment Fund and the formation and approval of annual budgets. Concurrent with that responsibility, set out more fully in its charter, the Budget & Investment Committee performs many other functions.

Nominating and Governance Committee

The Nominating & Governance Committee is devoted primarily to the continuing review and articulation of the governance structure and practices of the Board. Concurrent with that responsibility, set out more fully in its charter, the Nominating & Governance Committee performs many other functions.

Executive Office

Working directly with the CEO, the Executive Office drives the strategic vision of the organization, ensuring adherence to the mission. The department leads both the day-to-day and longer-term operations, including HR, finances, data management and security, and logistics, in addition to overseeing Concordia’s Leadership Council, Advisors, and Senior Advisors. 

Partnerships

With oversight of the entire Concordia community, the Partnerships Department manages the organization’s Programming Partners, Programming Sponsors, and Individual and Patron Members. Working closely with these individuals and organizations on a regular basis, the department curates topical content aimed at amplifying important initiatives, identifies opportunities for partnership, supports early stage partnership design and implementation, and ultimately deepens collaboration across sectors, industries, and geographies. 

Programming

The Programming Department produces powerful convenings that elevate voices and perspectives from across all sectors and levels to advance critical conversations around globally-impacting issues. From the Annual and Regional Summits to smaller year-round member events, the department oversees all aspects of Concordia’s events, from confirming speakers and creating sessions to running the logistics.

Communications

The Communications Department is responsible for strategizing, shaping, and implementing all aspects of communications. Establishing Concordia’s “voice,” the Communications Department produces all external-facing materials—including the website, reports, marketing materials, and email campaigns—as well as overseeing branding and design, press and media, and social media.
