Eleonora Mejia Valencia is a business leader with a degree in Economics and International Business, an international MBA and fifteen years of business experience in Brazil, Nigeria, Kenya, and Colombia. Her strong Marketing background comes from her experience in large FMCG multinationals such as Johnson & Johnson and Natura Cosmetics. Along her career, she has been a business manager, marketing executive and consultant, at all times with the aim of helping companies to enter and thrive in emerging markets.
Eleonora has a proven ability to help large companies and start-ups to understand their customers and to develop product and service offerings, and communication/activation strategies that resonate and increase revenues. She takes real pride in building and nurturing high performing teams and is seen as a mentor by many of her current and former colleagues.
Eleonora is the Director of Marketing for Moringa School. Moringa School is a Nairobi, Kenya-based multi-disciplinary learning accelerator committed to providing young Africans with market-driven digital and professional skills training. Through experienced teachers and mentors, a blended learning model, and a market and outcomes-driven curriculum, Moringa School’s mission is to transform higher education throughout Africa and enable its graduates to be globally competitive with their peers.
