Billionaire George Soros announced a commitment of $500 million to investments targeted at alleviating the crisis and spoke of the importance of the private sector moving forward.
“We need to tap into the entrepreneurial spirit and technological innovations of the private sector,” Soros said at the 2016 Concordia Summit.
