Concordia Announces New Executive Director and Senior Programming Director Roles

Dear friends,

Following the success of the 14th Concordia Annual Summit earlier this Fall, and in preparation for our pivotal 15th Anniversary next year, we have made some important leadership changes within our organization. 

On behalf of the Concordia Leadership Council and Board of Directors, we are excited to announce the following important appointments: 

Hanne Dalmut LeCount is now the Executive Director of Concordia, reporting directly to Matthew Swift. Hanne has had a tremendous impact on our organization over the last seven years, leading our Partnerships Department. She has dedicated her professional life to the success of our convening institution and to building meaningful partnerships for social impact. As Executive Director, she will drive impact and strategic growth for the organization and Concordia Community alike, while providing executive direction for program strategies, partnerships, and daily operations.

Kristina Rosales Kostrukova is the Senior Director of Programming and Regional Initiatives. In this new role, she will focus on Concordia’s longer-term programming objectives and spearhead strategy for all regional initiatives. Kristina previously served as the U.S. Department of State’s Spanish-language spokesperson and Director of the Media Hub of the Americas, based in Miami, Florida. For over eleven years, she served as a foreign service officer with a specific focus on Latin America, the Middle East, and North Africa. Kristina also advised on the 2024 Concordia Annual Summit and has been a friend to the organization over the years.

Emanuel Echeverri is the Associate Director of Communications. He will be focusing on Concordia’s communications strategy as we move into our milestone 15th year. Emanuel previously served as Director of Digital Communications for the Presidency of Colombia. He has also served as Head of Marketing for several startups and advised political campaigns in Colombia and the U.S. Emanuel also joined us as Media Relations Manager for the 2024 Annual Summit.
