Below is our interest form. Once we have received your submission, someone from our Membership Department will contact you to set up a convenient time to discuss your potential engagement with Concordia. Following this call, Concordia will send through a Terms & Conditions document and an application form so that we can gather all of the necessary information from you for this year-round engagement.
