Concordia, in partnership with the Nomi Network co-hosted a working luncheon on July 14th to develop a repository of best practices to eliminate forced labor from corporate supply chains. This group discussion brought together key decision makers and policy experts from across sectors to participate in an interactive conversation on forced labor and human trafficking. Participants will contribute to a white paper based on the outcome of this discussion in order to highlight key human rights metrics that corporations currently prioritize.

The same group will also reconvene at the 2016 Concordia Summit to share their findings with a broader network of key stakeholders. Key findings from this working group will be presented to corporate leadership at a CEO Roundtable in partnership with the Luxury Council at the 2016 Summit on September 20, 2016.

Nomi Network’s mission is to create economic opportunities for survivors and women at risk of human trafficking by equipping them with leadership, entrepreneurship, and production skills to become financially independent.
