Sebastian Rubens y Rojo leads the Latin America region for Palladium. He is now based out of Buenos Aires, where he recently moved with his family after successfully leading Palladium’s Saudi Arabia market for three years. Prior to joining Palladium, Sebastian was the Director of Strategic Planning and Special Projects for the Abu Dhabi Education Council, where he led a series of reform efforts. As an education and governance specialist, he was part of an OECD-World Bank team assessing the education system in Egypt, and he also evaluated education programs in Gaza. Sebastian was also a consultant for several years with Booz & Company and Deloitte Consulting out of New York, where he focused on the “people side of change”, helping clients with their human capital challenges, such as talent management, leadership and culture, training and development, and organizational design.
Sebastian has extensive training and lecturing and facilitation experience, having led workshops for small and large audiences in all continents. Topics he has presented on include: consulting skills, leading change, strategic alignment, strategy management and the role of the OSM, strategy-culture alignment, the war for talent, raising public sector effectiveness and accountability, developing a private sector-led national agenda, and positive impact through public-private-NGO partnerships.
