Ritika has more than 14 years of experience with an eclectic mix of technical know-how in public health, research acumen, project management, partnership, people management and social behavior change communication.
Ritika has implemented large scale projects funded by international multilateral donors for improving public health outcomes family planning, maternal-child health, and nutrition. She has also managed multiple projects across Africa and Asia and has worked extensively in health, nutrition and livelihood and has successfully leveraged technology in delivering solutions in these domains. She has contributed to designing and implementation of award-winning mobile based training solutions for health workers at BBC Media Action which have been scaled at national level. At Digital Green, she implemented projects on themes such as agriculture, livelihoods, and health to improve wellbeing of smallholder farmers.
In her current role at SAMRIDH Blended Finance Facility, Ritika is responsible for program management and implementation of high-impact health solutions. She is responsible for mentoring, providing technical assistance and business advisory support to start-ups and healthcare for sustainable scale-up and reaching the most vulnerable population with high-impact health solutions. She is also leading the work around developing Gender Lens Investing Toolkit which can strengthen the ecosystem to become more gender inclusive. Through her work, she has impacted lives of women small holder farmers, rural women, health workers and mentored them to grow as leaders and become key decision makers for better outcomes and wellbeing.
