Ria joined Concordia in January 2018 as a Strategic Partnerships Intern.

In 2014, she worked as an Adviser at the Permanent Mission of Greece to the UN, New York, in charge of the Second Committee of the General Assembly. Her field of interest and research is in corporate social responsibility and international development cooperation.

Ria holds a BA in International Relations and European Affairs from the University of Piraeus in Athens, Greece, where she won a first-place scholarship for her academic achievement. She has recently obtained her Diploma in Finance from the American College of Greece, part of the Greek university program and funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Scholarship Program.

Ria served for two consecutive years as President of the university’s Model UN Society, training freshmen to participate in simulations of international affairs. In the past, she participated in several conferences, such as the Oxford University Model UN and Harvard University International Model UN, taking the positions of head delegate, chairperson and member of the secretariat.
