Mr. Lane is the Co-Founder and CEO of RIDGE-LANE Limited Partners, a financial advisory firm and merchant-bank founded with Governor Tom Ridge, the first Secretary of U.S. Department of Homeland Security. RLLP sponsors public-private partnerships to improve the nation’s infrastructure, economic development programs to spur growth in urban areas, and strategic venture development for private growth companies. He previously founded Lane Financial Corporation, a multi-family office specializing in wealth management and served as Managing Director of Atlas Capital, a $12 billion merchant-bank structuring alternative investments, equity financings and initial public offerings for healthcare and technology companies. Mr. Lane is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, and a Chartered Valuation Analyst. He serves or has served as a Member of the Board of Director’s of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mount Sinai Medical Center, David Lynch Foundation, New York Angels and is Chairman of the New York Forum. Mr. Lane is a Lecturer at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and the Stern School of Business at New York University.
