Phangisile Mtshali, is the director of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation “Secure the Future®”, a program currently covering 12 African countries in Southern Africa (5); West Africa (4) and East Africa (3). She is currently charged with expanding the Foundation’s programs to cover the African continent. She is also responsible for the Foundation’s Hepatitis B/C program in Asia, currently covering China, India and Japan. With more than 20 years of experience in communications as well as program development and management, Ms. Mtshali provides great value leading the community outreach and education program, liaise with governments and developing turn key health and community development programs. She also served as a founding member on the board of governors for the South African Business Council on HIV/AIDS (SABCOHA), a chapter of Global Business Council on HIV/AIDS. She is a member of Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa and Project Managers Association of South Africa.
