Patrick Ducasse is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.
Since joining BCG more than 20 years ago, Patrick has worked extensively with large global companies in the retail, media, telecom, packaged goods, and luxury goods sectors on a wide range of strategic and operational issues. His experience has covered topics such as strategy definition, portfolio management, brand development, commercial go-to-market set-ups, and supply chain optimization, as well as the (digital) transformation of business.
Patrick has helped numerous clients enhance their organization design and improve talent-management programs, and he has led a number of large-scale change management initiatives. He is also an expert in divestitures and postmerger integration. Patrick has particularly deep experience in the grocery and wine, beer, and spirits sectors, and he previously served as the global leader of BCG’s Consumer practice for eight years.
