Patricia is the East Africa Regional Director for the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Development Economies – Seed, an initiative out of the Stanford Graduate School of Business that aims at building a network of like-minded individuals from Silicon Valley-to sub-Saharan Africa to address regional challenges such as leadership, strategy, value-chain innovation to create sustainable business entities that create employment in order to alleviate poverty.
As a Trustee on the Board of the Vodafone Foundation, Patricia’s expertise supports the Foundation’s work in Africa, having served in executive positions at regional subsidiaries of Unilever, Diageo and L’Oréal, and as a non-executive director of Absa Bank Kenya PLC, the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) the multipurpose donor funded not for profit Aid for Trade organization supporting growth of both regional and international trade in Eastern Africa.
