Patricia Bland Nicklin is Executive Vice President at Reingold, a strategic communications firm dedicated to helping companies, nonprofits, and government agencies achieve social impact. Ms. Nicklin leads Reingold’s work with corporate partners to solve serious social problems through creative collaboration. She brings a wealth of experience in shared-value partnerships, cause marketing and branding, corporate social responsibility, and non-profit leadership.
Prior to joining Reingold, Ms. Nicklin was the Vice President, Global Partnerships at Marketing and Communications for Management Sciences for Health (MSH), a global health non-profit organization that uses proven approaches in developing nations to build stronger health systems for greater health impact. Since its founding in 1971, MSH has worked in over 150 countries to improve the quality, availability, and affordability of health services.
Ms. Nicklin has 30 years’ experience working in the corporate and non-profit sectors. As EVP and COO of the National Park Foundation, she helped launch the Centennial Campaign to celebrate the National Park Service. As Managing Director of Share Our Strength, she launched the No Kid Hungry campaign and brand. At McKinsey & Company, Ms. Nicklin led the strategic planning process that created the Points of Light Foundation, and she later served as POL’s first Senior Vice President of Programs. She is Vice Chairman of the Alliance to End Hunger, and Founder of The Virginia Company, a retail and national catalog company featuring Virginian products.
