As a Programming Associate, Thalia is responsible for handling and tracking all speaker invitations and producing various program materials prior to events. Prior to joining the Programming team, Thalia interned at Concordia’s Partnerships department where she assisted in duties supporting partnership and engagement opportunities. Thalia has also worked as a Policy Analyst for Pavimar S.A. and as a graduate research fellow of the Harriman Institute for the Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR) Croatia.
Thalia recently earned her Masters in Human Rights Studies from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Columbia University, where she had been awarded an academic scholarship.
