As a woman from North Africa with a French education and an American living experience, Nezha successfully develops her movement and presence on four continents, with an outreach to an audience of women and millennials who can easily relate to her thanks to the diversity in her multicultural life experiences.
Her global structure creates a natural ﬂow for women’s empowerment content production.
She reaches out to an international women›s community through her online magazine www.mayshadwomanmag.com and social media @mayshadwoman, which together have an overall audience of more than half a million followers of her authentic and inspiring content.
Nezha founded the Mayshad Woman Club www.mayshadwomanclub, a business-oriented networking club to empower women and facilitate business development opportunities.
The club brings together International women community and industry leaders.
She builds a bridge between the members of her leaders club and disadvantaged women in Africa via the Mayshad Foundation, which focuses on socio-economic development of women entrepreneurs in need of financial help.
The club members have the ability to use the Foundation›s structure to support their social projects and be their ambassadors. In that way, they become part of the social impact and help assess it.
Last but not least, Nezha developed the luxury handbag brand «MAISON MAYSHAD» headquartered in Paris, and proposing lifestyle collections handcrafted in her Moroccan workshops, under the MAYSHAD COLLECTION label that she distributes via her showrooms in Paris and Morocco.
Her Brand has been awarded the POSITIVE LUXURY Butterﬂy Mark for using ethical processes from sourcing to production.
