Ndifreke Okwuegbunam is a seasoned nonprofit professional with over 13 years’ experience in the social sector with strengths in Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Health.
She is currently the Head of Programs at Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation, a grant making non-profit organization established to support NGOs and CBOs working in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Health and Environment across Africa.
Ndifreke is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and a certified consultant providing support to non-profits organizations on organizational development, non-profit Leadership, operational effectiveness of non-profits, governance and succession planning. She is also an associate member of WIMBIZ. She has non- profit leadership and organizational effectiveness training from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) Chicago.
She facilitates session on corporate governance and succession planning at the Rome Business School and a mentor to young, upcoming social innovators of the LEAP Africa Social Innovators Programme (a Fellowship Program for social entrepreneurs and non-profits founders). Ndifreke also provides mentoring support to young people who are building careers through various platforms.
Ndifreke is passionate about the sustainability of NGOs, which has driven her to provide support to start-up NGOs and social enterprises to build a strong business model that will ensure the long term sustainability of these organization as well as long term impact for the community.
