Isabel Maldonado Vasco graduated as a “Professor of Philosophy” and has a degree in “Planning and Management of Intervention and Cooperation for Development”.
Since April 2018, she works as the Technical Secretary (ranked equally as a Minister) of “Plan Toda una Vida”.
She is also the President of the Cabinet of the Social Sector.
She’s been committed to the protection and promotion of the human rights related to people with disabilities.
She has worked in different organizations that impact the lives, raise awareness and supports the dignity and fundamental rights of the most disadvantaged groups and people, promoting participation and full inclusion.
