Matthew A. Swift is the Co-Founder, President & CEO of Concordia. Since its inception in 2011, Swift has grown Concordia into the leading nonpartisan global affairs membership organization dedicated to forming innovative cross-sector partnerships that address the greatest challenges and opportunities of our time. Hosting summits in New York City, Miami, Bogotá, Athens, Madrid, London, Porto, and Guyana, Concordia actively bridges the divide between the business, government, and nonprofit communities to advance market-based solutions to critical challenges.

Today, the Concordia Annual Summit in New York City is the largest and most inclusive nonpartisan forum alongside the United Nations General Assembly. Swift has hosted discussions with preeminent world figures such as former U.S. Presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Joe Biden; President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; former President of Colombia Álvaro Uribe; The Carlyle Group Inc. Co-Founder David Rubenstein; former White House Advisor Ivanka Trump; and Uber (NYSE: UBER) CEO, Dara Khosrowshahi. Swift is also the anchor and host of The Swift Hour, an online series of peer-to-peer conversations with prominent government, nonprofit, and business leaders, including former Secretary of Transportation Rodney Slater; U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy; former White House Senior Advisor Jared Kushner; retired General and former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Wesley Clark; and New York City Mayor Eric Adams. 

Swift’s career spans the public and private sectors. He is Founder & Managing Partner at Montfort Group, a strategic business intelligence firm providing bespoke executive advisory services and crisis management led by excellence and guided by a commitment to longevity and social responsibility. Prior to founding Concordia, Swift worked in the media industry, holding positions within News Corporation and its subsidiaries, Fox News Channel, British Sky Broadcasting, and the New York Post. A graduate of Georgetown University, Swift is a Council on Foreign Relations term member and Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce in Florida.
