As a CRM & Data Systems Coordinator, Manuel Domínguez is responsible for maintaining and organizing customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across each program. This includes generating reports, providing support and training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the system’s utilization and outreach.
Prior to joining Concordia, Manuel was a Senior Interviewer for Wesleyan University and worked as a landscaping design specialist at his father’s family business, where he collaborated with clients to bring their outdoor projects to life.
Manuel holds a BA in Latin American Studies and a double minor in History and Global Engagement from Wesleyan University.
