As a Partnerships Coordinator at Concordia, Lucy plays a key role in identifying and cultivating partnership opportunities that drive value for Concordia’s global community. She supports the Partnerships Department through strategic research, data analysis, and the preparation of discussion materials and proposals. Her work ensures that partnerships are effectively developed and leveraged to align with Concordia’s mission.
Before joining Concordia, Lucy worked as a research assistant for a Los Angeles based community mental health nonprofit, where she specialized in outcomes collection, data analysis, and literary and qualitative research. Her experience in research and data-driven decision-making informs her approach to partnership strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Originally from San Diego, Lucy moved to Los Angeles to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Environmental Systems & Society from UCLA. Her academic background and professional experience reflect a deep commitment to social impact, sustainability, and community-driven solutions.
