Linda Rincón is a manager at The ImPact, a network of families, family businesses, and family offices committed with finding ways to align their values with their investment and business decisions. She leads several of The ImPact’s strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on serving The ImPact’s member families, partners, and interested parties in Latin America. She is an invited guest speaker on the topic of impact investing. Ms. Rincón earned her MPA in economic and political development from Columbia University. Alongside her studies, she worked as consulting chair of the Columbia Impact Investing Initiative (CI3). Previously, she cofounded Ruta Libertadora, a social enterprise built to support Colombian young artist by offering them professional development opportunities and international exposure. She served as director of operations for the organization until May 2014.
