Kristina Rosales Kostrukova is the Senior Director of Programming and Regional Initiatives. In this role, she will focus on Concordia’s longer-term programming objectives and spearhead strategy for all regional initiatives.
Kristina previously served as the U.S. Department of State’s Spanish-language spokesperson and Director of the Media Hub of the Americas, based in Miami, Florida. She also served as the Department of State’s Portuguese-language spokesperson and at U.S. Embassies in Qatar, Brazil, and Cuba. For over eleven years, she served as a foreign service officer with a specific focus on Latin America, the Middle East, and North Africa.
Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Affairs and Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Latin American Affairs from the University of Miami. Kristina speaks Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
