She has worked at Microsoft since November 1998, when she began as a Legal Associate – Attorney for Microsoft Australia. She held this role until 2007, then became an Attorney for Microsoft EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), which she held from 2007-2010. Then she was the Attorney/Legal Lead at Microsoft Netherlands from 2010-2012, then the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Microsoft’s Office of the General Counsel from 2012-2015. She then moved up to be Associate General Counsel and Chief of Staff in the Office of the President, from 2015-2018, before her role as GM, Microsoft Philanthropies, which she’s held since July 2018. Since July 2019, she’s also held the title of Vice President and Lead of Microsoft Philanthropies.
