Justin Kissinger is the Global Director of Public Policy at Heineken International, where leads the company agenda on issues related to alcohol, public health and responsible consumption. Justin joined Heineken from the United States House of Representatives where he served as Counsel for the House Democratic Caucus under John Larson, and as Tax Counsel to Rep. Shelley Berkley before that.
