Joshua Adedeji works as program manager at the West Africa regional chapter of Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), where he heads programs development and implementation across West Africa countries. His experience spans entrepreneurial ecosystem building, enterprise development and youth development with keen interest in the small and growing business (SGB) sector. Joshua recently led the Citi Foundation and DFID sponsored entrepreneurial ecosystem mapping in Nigeria and Ghana. In addition, he leads the SGB Finance, Metrics and Talent learning labs in both the anglophone and francophone West Africa.
Prior to joining the ANDE, Joshua worked as program lead for Mara Foundation in Nigeria, program coordinator at MindtheGap, advocacy lead at CSR-in-Action and sustainability consultant at Access Bank. He co-founded Crystal Lens Career Builders, an education and career development focused social enterprise in Nigeria through which he helps young persons chart a sustainable career path.
Joshua holds a professional master’s degree in public and International Affairs, Nigeria and certificate in Impact Investing and Social Enterprise Management, Monterrey, USA.
