He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on September 1st, 1981.

Among his studies include:

Throughout his career, he has been awarded multiple national recognitions, as well as international awards, such as:

Awarded in 2017 with the Honor of Merit by Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA).

Youth Medal of Merit, awarded by the Dominican Congress in 1999.

Dominican representative in the Global shaper of the World Economic Forum in 2011.

He became the youngest Political Secretary of the Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) at only 23 years old.

On August 16th, 2010, he was sworn in as Congressman in the Province of Puerto Plata’s representation, becoming the Dominican Republic’s youngest member. In the elections held in May 2016, he was elected Senator in the representation of the Province of Puerto Plata.

In March 2018, he was elected president of the Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM) and sworn in on June 14th.

Today, the Administrative Minister of Presidency of the Dominican Republic and reelected party president.
