Jonathan Dunne is a Global C-Suite executive at Deloitte, which operates across the globe with FY 24 revenue of $60 Billion, and 450,000 professionals worldwide. Jonathan has served in various roles across his 25-year Deloitte tenure and has a distinguished career delivering world-class talent strategies to support ongoing growth and market shifts. He is a trusted advisor to senior leaders, known for his counsel and advice across the full spectrum of business operations. Jonathan has been instrumental in driving global transformation and change and has a passion for building and retaining high-performing teams.
Currently, Jonathan serves as the Chief People Officer at Deloitte Global, based in New York. In this role, he has strategic oversight of all aspects of the talent lifecycle, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence for Deloitte Global. He leads a team of over 300 to execute People strategies in geographies across the world. His key responsibilities include oversight of Advisory, DE&I, Deloitte Partner development and relations, Organization Development, Total Rewards, HR technology, workforce planning, communications, real estate and talent acquisition. Additionally, Jonathan advises the Board and Executive on a range of ethics, crisis, and risk matters.He has engaged with many strategic initiatives over his time at Deloitte. Particularly noteworthy is his time in Silicon Valley building Deloitte’s technology practice and growing a Global Cyber team for Deloitte in 2018. He has been instrumental in Deloitte’s India operations, now an 80,000 people strong workforce. More recently he has been part of the leadership team merging and building an 8000 people Global Shared Services organization.
Jonathan has served on the boards of both the National Society of Collegiate (NSCS) and the American Management Association (AMA). He currently serves as Vice-Chair to the AMA board. He is a proud NYU alumni graduating in 2014 with a Master of Science in Organizational Effectiveness.
Jonathan spent his childhood in Ireland and moved to the US in 2003. He resides in Westport, CT, with his wife Ariel and their two children.
