Jeff Fraser is currently the Managing Partner of Blue Dunes Growth, which invests and advises in the technology sector. He was previously the Head of Corporate Development for Mediaocean, reporting to the CEO and owner of the company, Vista Equity Partners. Prior to Mediaocean, he founded a technology-focused investment bank that was acquired in 2017 and held private equity investment roles at TPG, Kayne Anderson, and GTG Capital Partners. He started his career interning for the senior leadership team of Mitt Romney’s 2008 presidential campaign. Mr. Fraser has been involved in various political and policy organizations starting at a young age, and currently is an Advisor to Concordia with focus at the intersection of technology, policy, and finance.
Mr. Fraser graduated with a B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and also studied at the London School of Economics. He grew up in Indiana and now resides in New York City.
