Hilary currently serves as a Partnership Development Associate. In this function, Hilary manages specific partnerships for social impact and supports Concordia Members as they navigate the formation, implementation, and completion stages of partnerships. Prior to this, Hilary was the Social Impact Coordinator, identifying collaborative opportunities for business, government, and civil society to engage in Concordia’s Campaign Against Labor Trafficking and Campaign for a Sustainable Global Food Supply. She interned with Concordia during the winter of 2014, helping to establish Concordia’s first campaign, the Concordia Campaign Against Labor Trafficking. Additional cross-sector experience includes internships with HealthCorps and Continental Resources, providing insights into institutional drivers of partnerships.
In June of 2016, Hilary graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College where she majored in Geography and double minored in French and International Studies. Exemplifying her passion for international engagement and addressing human rights issues, she received Dartmouth’s Bob Huke Award for her undergraduate success in the Department of Geography. Originally from Oklahoma, Hilary serves on the Board of the Arnall Family Foundation, an Oklahoma-based foundation that seeks to make lasting, transformative improvements to the systems and programs that serve at-risk children in the community.
