Gurdip Paintal is the Associate Director of Operations at Concordia, where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations, Human Resources function, and financial affairs of the organization. Additionally, he ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and continuously maintains and improves standards and processes.
Gurdip has extensive experience managing operations across the apparel, aviation, and real estate industries.
Gurdip studied Business Finance at London Guildhall University, with a keen interest in ‘Organization Theory of the Workplace’. He represented the University and local clubs at several sports including soccer, cricket, golf, and field hockey, and still plays for and manages soccer teams locally in New York City.
