As Partnership Development Manager, Gabriel is responsible for working with key partners, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to foster and strengthen Concordia Partnerships.
Originally from Virginia, Gabriel has always been passionate about international development work. Prior to joining Concordia, Gabriel worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow for MIT D-Lab, based out of Bogotá, Colombia. In addition, Gabriel has worked in the Education Global Practice of the World Bank as a Program Assistant for projects in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Brazil, and other Latin American countries.
Gabriel holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
