As Senior Manager of Partnerships, Gabriel works directly with Concordia’s community of non-profit, public, and multilateral institutions to design and define a set of tailored engagement goals and objectives achievable through Concordia’s year-round Programming Partnership model. Within this role, Gabriel is responsible for highlighting this community’s expertise, supporting their partnership goals in innovative ways through Concordia’s Convene-Connect-Create model, and identifying new opportunities for organizational partnership growth that contribute to respective and shared impact goals. Gabriel also works closely with Concordia’s Senior Director to advise and shape early-stage partnerships, and represents the organization externally on matters related to cross-sector collaboration for positive social impact.
As a native Spanish speaker, with fluency in Portuguese and extensive experience working in Latin America (by means of MIT D-Lab and the World Bank), Gabriel has also been a major component of the growth of Concordia’s regional Americas focus, with regular travel to the region and close coordination with key partners.
Gabriel holds a Master’s from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s from the University of Virginia.
