As a Program Intern at Concordia, Félix is responsible for supporting content development, speaker research, and program coordination. He refines session materials, assists with communications, and conducts research to enhance program discussions. Félix also contributes to CRM management and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of various initiatives.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna. His research interests primarily focus on gender and LGBTQI+ studies, along with labor relations and conflict resolution.
Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Italian, with a working knowledge of German, Félix brings a global perspective to his work. He has also gained valuable experience in advocacy and human rights through his involvement with No Peace Without Justice and COGAM. Additionally, his background includes working as a Sales Assistant, where he honed his communication and customer service skills. Based in Madrid, Spain, he is passionate about fostering international cooperation, conflict resolution, and advancing global dialogue.
