Evangeline Villena

CRM Manager

As CRM Manager, Evangeline is responsible for planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization, analyzing data, implementing systems for organizing member information, and providing support for outreach and growth activities.

Prior to joining Concordia in March 2018, Evangeline worked as a Digital Strategist for a non-profit organization, where she managed the CRM and website, and created and implemented communication strategies, including social media campaigns. Evangeline has also worked as Directories Coordinator for a publishing company, where she managed databases of directories for several industry magazines.

Evangeline is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, with a degree in Public Administration.
