Enoh Ebong joined the Milken Institute’s Center for Advancing the American Dream in January 2020. There, she drives the development of strategic partnerships in fulfillment of the mission to make the American Dream an attainable reality by expanding access to education, health, economic freedom and entrepreneurship. Previously, Ms. Ebong served as a U.S. government Senior Executive Service member, General Counsel, and strategist responsible for leading and advancing international private-public partnership and overseeing programs and operations, as the Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Prior to joining USTDA, Ms. Ebong practiced law at the Boston office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. representing public and private companies in offerings, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance issues.
In recognition of her global perspective and professional expertise, she is a Senior Associate in the Project for Prosperity and Development at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Board member of global market development systems leader, ACDI/VOCA, Advisory Board member of Lawyers of Color, which named Ms. Ebong to its 4th Annual Power List in 2015, and serves on the Advisory Committee of Artolution, LLC in New York. She has served as a Global Faculty Lead for Atlas Service Corps’ Global Leadership Lab and on the Boards of Friends of the National Zoo and the Washington Foreign Law Society.
Ms. Ebong earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master of Arts in Communication from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Arts in History, with honors, from The University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar.
