Ebenezer Nii Martey is a Ghanaian, a Youth Development Agent by Lifestyle, Sales & Customer Service Trainer by Occupation, a Serial Entrepreneur & Start up Coach by Passion and a Tourism Consultant by Vision. Ebenezer is currently the Co-Convener of the Annual Youth Education & Empowerment Summit (AYEESummit) in Liberia having run this summit since 2016 till date.

He is a Culture & Tourism graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (Ghana) and served as a Teaching & Research Assistant in the Geography Department. He has severed on various youth platforms across Ghana and Africa, he served as the Chairperson of the UNFPA Youth Advisory Panel Ghana (2013-2017) and a member of the Hult Prize Advisory Board Ghana (2018). Ebenezer is an Alumni of the Young African Leadership Initiative (Entrepreneurship Track) and left an impressive mark during his participation, winning 3 of the 6 leadership awards at the end of the Cohort 8 program in Ghana. He is currently the Communications Director for the YALI Alumni Association of Ghana.  

As a young gentleman, he has quite a rich leadership experience having gained valuable skills and experiences and also seen him sharing his insight and perspective on quite a number of Global platforms like Concordia, Commonwealth Speakers Conference, Euro-African youth Parliament, African Youth & Governance Conference amongst others. His leadership exploits and speaking engagements cuts across various sectors, such as the UNFPA, Parliament of Ghana, Commonwealth Parliament of Africa, Curious Minds and youth Development issues in Ghana and Africa as a whole. Ebenezer is a recipient of the 2015 Vice Chancellors Award for the NUGS Personality of the Year. 

Aside leadership, Ebenezer Nii Martey has a total of 6 years work and volunteering experience in the events and tourism industry, marketing agencies, advocacy groups, media, government and governance agencies and the educational sector. He has in-depth experience and expertise as a projects and events manager having worked on some major national and international events notable amongst them is Youth for Youth Conference organized by the UNFPA 2018, the Mandela Day Celebration 2015 organized by the Student and Youth Travel Organization (SYTO) in Ghana, Do Something Project 2016 by the Youth Empowerment Synergy Ghana, First Ever Cultural Night Organized 2014 by the Tourism Students Association of KNUST, International Youth & Diplomacy Conference (2017-2018) amongst others. 

Ebenezer remains passionate entrepreneurship, He is on a mission to Empower, Inspire and Challenge young people to be a better version of themselves. It is his desire to help over 1 million young people create jobs for themselves and their colleagues by 2030. He remains positive that this platform would help forge some collaborative partnerships to support the AYEESummit in Liberia and its post-summit dialogues and events across the continent.
