Ignacio Gaitán Villegas is a lawyer of the Sergio Arboleda University, with postgraduate degrees in Public and Economic Law and Commercial and Financial Law. He has an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Leadership from the CEU San Pablo University and a Multinational MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez University and ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
He is currently the President of iNNpulsa Colombia. He was Executive Dean of PRIME Business School of Sergio Arboleda University. It also highlights its management of academic projects in the corporate sector, the development of internationalization processes and the transformation of culture in organizations.
He is a national and international speaker on “Management and Happiness”, Gaitán has been speaker of organizations such as Endeavor and has participated in different Organizational Optimization Congresses around Latin America.

Actualmente es el Presidente de iNNpulsa Colombia. Fue Decano Ejecutivo de PRIME Business School de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda. También se destaca su gestión de proyectos académicos en el sector corporativo, el desarrollo de procesos de internacionalización y la transformación de la cultura en las organizaciones.
Es speaker nacional e internacional en temas de “Gerencia y Felicidad”, Gaitán ha sido speaker de organizaciones como Endeavor y ha participado en diferentes Congresos de optimización organizacional alrededor de Latinoamérica.
