Dinah McLeod is Director of The B Team’s “100% Human at Work” initiative, managing The B Team’s response to a range of social and human rights-related issues. Dinah believes passionately in the role of business in achieving sustainable development and a prosperous, fair future for all.
Before joining the B Team, Dinah was the Deputy Director of the Business and Sustainable Development Commission and director of strategic development at ODI, the UK’s largest development research institute. She has also held a number of senior sustainability roles in the private sector, including with BT, Novartis and Allianz. Dinah was also a Policy Advisor at the UK Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit.
Dinah began her career as Social Protection Specialist at the World Bank, where she worked on community-based financing and social infrastructure projects for marginalised and vulnerable groups. A dual British-Canadian national, she holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School as well as a BA (Hons) from Columbia University.
