Daniella is the Founder and CEO of the Leadership Now Project. The Leadership Now Project is a membership organization of business professionals committed to advancing principled, pragmatic leadership to renew America’s democracy. Daniella also serves in an advisory capacity to Dalberg, which she joined in 2004 and helped grow from a start-up to the leading global group of purpose-driven businesses.
Prior to returning to Dalberg, Daniella served for five years as the Senior Advisor for Development to Secretary of State Clinton and Kerry and started her career at Bain & Company. Daniella is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, where serves on the Advisory Council.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Kennedy School and a BS in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell.
