A Colombian national, is the Deputy Head of Economic Cooperation and Development at the Swiss Embassy in Colombia. She has been working for 7 years with the Swiss Cooperation in Colombia, previously as senior program officer.
Prior to joining the Swiss government, she gained experience in the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, both in Geneva, Switzerland. Previously served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia.
She holds a master’s degree in international cooperation and development from the Political Studies Institute (Sciences Po) in France and an undergraduate degree in Finance and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has experience in the project management, as well as in economic and political analysis and has developed cooperation alliances with the private and non-profit sector.
