As a Partnerships Intern, Camilla Hirano supports Concordia’s cross-sector engagement efforts by assisting with partner outreach, stakeholder communications, and project coordination to advance the organization’s Convene-Connect-Create model.
Prior to Concordia, she interned at a nonprofit in Washington Heights that offers pay-what-you-can educational workshops, where she supported research, grant writing, and the publication of student work. She also gained experience as a Tax Intern at a New York-based accounting firm, reviewing and correcting tax documents, drafting agency correspondence, and collaborating with team members to resolve client issues.
Camilla is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in History at Columbia University. As a New Yorker, she enjoys exploring the city’s neighborhoods, discovering new restaurants, and, most recently, has developed a newfound love for boxing.
