Brice serves as Advisor to the CEO and his staff at Concordia. Leveraging his experience and expertise in strategic planning, business development, and executive leadership, Brice provides the CEO and senior team with strategic guidance, operational insights, and critical decision-making support.
In addition to his role at Concordia, Brice is the Chief Operating Officer at O2X Human Performance, a leading consultancy that specializes in developing wellness and performance programs for federal, state, and municipal agencies nationwide.
Brice began his career working in Washington DC. He held multiple roles including several years as a senior aide to former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, where he managed his DC office, communications, and the campaign for the release of the New York Times Bestseller Known and Unknown.
Brice is a graduate of Roanoke College and resides in Duxbury, MA.
