Benjamin oversees the strategic engagement and management of the Board of Directors, Leadership Council, Senior Advisors, and Advisors at Concordia. As Manager of External Relations and Strategy in the Executive Office, he has worked directly with the CEO since 2018 to execute the internal and external initiatives of the Executive Office across the organization. He advises on special project and travels frequently to engage with Concordia’s leadership network.

In 2020 Benjamin was tasked with creating the Advisors Network and building it into the vital leadership body it is today. In 2022 his duties were expanded to oversee Concordia’s Board of Directors and Leadership Council. Over the course of the last two years, working closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors, he has undertaken important structural and governance initiatives to bring all three leadership bodies in line and ensure their active engagement and functioning as essential fiduciary and advisory bodies.

In 2022, Benjamin was honored to join the White House Historical Association’s Next Gen Leaders program, advancing education and understanding of America’s executive mansion and its storied history. Benjamin holds a degree in History from Trinity College focusing his studies on American history in the post-reconstruction south. He was a member of the Trinity Crew team. A native New Yorker, Benjamin is an avid fan of the opera, ballet, and the Tottenham Hotspurs.
