Benjamin Davies leads Johnson & Johnson Global Community Impact in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and in this capacity also acts as the Executive Director of the Johnson & Johnson Foundation (Scotland). Ben is a seasoned professional in the corporate social responsibility, sustainability and public-private partnership arena with close to 20 years’ experience spanning a career across the NGO, international organization and private sectors respectively.
In his current role, Ben is responsible for Johnson & Johnson’s social impact partner portfolio across the EMEA region focusing on health systems strengthening at community and primary care level by supporting and championing frontline health workers. Having started his own working life as a frontline educator working with young people with learning difficulties, Ben has over the years built a career designing, facilitating, managing and implementing partnerships with some of the world’s largest (and smallest) NGO’s to achieve social and sustainable change and impact.
Ben has represented and continues to represent Johnson & Johnson in several external fora, guest lectures, board directorships and publications. He was born and grew up in Norway, is a British national and currently lives in Belgium.
