Andrés Gómez is the Colombian, Country Manager for FTI Strategic Communications segment. He is based in Bogota, Colombia.
Mr. Goméz has worked in the consultancy field for over two decades, serving in many roles requiring the planning, development, and execution of communication strategies. His expertise has been instrumental in a number of issues, such as crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, public affairs, and corporate matters, for companies spanning a wide variety of sectors, such as technology, health, financial, education, and mass consumption, among others. Mr. Goméz has worked with clients throughout LATAM.
Mr. Goméz holds a degree in journalism and mass media communication from the Universidad de la Sabana, as well as a master’s degree in Media Management, Information and Audiovisuals from the University of Barcelona, in Spain.
Additionally, he has two academic specializations; one in European Culture Studies focused on Political, Social and Economic matters, from the University of Notre Dame, and another in Political Marketing and Public Opinion, from Javeriana University. He also holds a specialization from the General Management Program (PDG) from Inalde, Business School.
