David Rubenstein on the Attributes of Successful Leaders
This intimate conversation examined the leadership wisdom that David Rubenstein has accrued over time. Concentrating on his book, The American Story: Conversations with Master Historians, published in 2019, Stephanie Ruhle prompted Rubenstein into divulging the fruits of his journalistic labor.
In doing so, Rubenstein explored topics such as the evolution of what makes a great leader today versus a decade ago, his three-phase division of life, and his strong desire for young people to be inspired by his book and to adopt the strategies that have made the people in it so successful.
