Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for providing support and guidance to Concordia’s President and Chief Executive Officer and for considering and taking action on items that may come before the Board between regularly scheduled quarterly board meetings when timely action is necessary.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing any matter or activity involving Concordia’s financial accounting and financial reporting, as well as Concordia’s internal control, risk management, compliance matters, and processes to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations and compliance with donor intent. Concurrent with that responsibility, set out more fully in its charter, the Audit Committee performs many other functions.

Budget and Investment Committee

The Budget & Investment Committee advises the Board of Directors regarding general fiscal policy, including review of Concordia’s operating and capital budgets, its investments, and the Endowment Fund. Concurrent with that responsibility, set out more fully in its charter, the Budget & Investment Committee performs many other functions.

Governance and Nominations Committee

The Governance & Nominations Committee is devoted primarily to the continuing review and articulation of the governance structure and best practices of the Board including those matters related to the makeup, recruitment, orientation, structure, and effectiveness of the Board. Concurrent with that responsibility, the Governance & Nominations Committee is also charged with leading the regular process of reviewing director performance. The Committee plays the lead role in Board leadership transition, including recommendations of Board officers.
