On July 23, Concordia featured a Conversation Series roundtable conversation with former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, Gen. (Ret) David H. Petraeus, co-hosted by leading global strategic advisory firm, Teneo Holdings.  Having served over 37 years in the U.S. military, including command of coalition forces in Iraq, command of U.S. Central Command, and command of coalition forces in Afghanistan, as well as his tenure as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, General Petraeus offered his experienced perspective on stability and security in the Middle East, with particular focus on U.S. strategy in Iraq, U.S. rapprochement with Iran, intervention in Syria, and the international response to the emergence of ISIL.
